Big room, comfortable beds
The lighting in the bedroom was poor. It was presumably to create “atmosphere and mood”. It did indeed create a mood – a bad one. I do not have bad eyesight but both I and my partner (both OAP's) found it difficult. Evening meal was poor. I ordered gammon with egg and pineapple. I could not apparently have both egg AND pineapple. There was considerable difficulty explaining my request to the waitress (her first language was not English). I got pineapple only. I had not realised that it was possible to ruin a pineapple. This example had been cooked and had a dreadful taste. The gammon itself was tough (again I would not have thought that possible – congratulations to the chef for achieving the impossible!) In the morning, we faced breakfast with come trepidation. Different chef, different result. It was excellent. K.A.Harrison

Clean place accompanied by polite staff. Big room with a mini fridge or a fridge, huge king size bed plus walk in shower. Handy, incredible location right by the restaurant and hill. Also, in the garden area.
Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Consider pre-ordering your dinner through room service to avoid long wait times in the busy bar area during weekends.

Good WiFi, Comfort and sound insulation good
Provided with a room that had not been cleaned, got no satisfaction about this mistake. The management who are never around have to approve everything. Menu limited but food fairly good. One female server very helpful but rest of staff very offhand.

The beds and the sheets were good. It was warm.
The reception personel (elder ones) have not been friendly. The variety of food offered in at the restaurant has not been wide enough. The room at the restaurant has not been very comfortable. The Beatles-CD could have been changed every now and then.
