Decent stay for a concert weekend

We enjoyed our time here, especially the easy access to nearby Belvoir Castle. The comfy bed and reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to relax after a night out. a functional choice for events in the area, but seek alternative dining options as the hotel restaurant is limited.

The staff were so friendly! Our dinner was a highlight, with my daughter's dessert brought to the room. Just wish the breakfast had a better selection.

We had a lovely dinner with excellent service, our waitress was the best. They even brought my daughter's pudding to our room when she wasn’t ready!

Afternoon tea was particularly disappointing, missing clotted cream and substituting with an inferior option. While the spa treatments were lovely, the crowded environment detracted from relaxation.

Feels like home

We had a nice 1-night stay. The room was spacious, but the bathroom could use some love. Loved having a big bath option! Breakfast was decent with self-service, which made life easier. Ash and Emily at the bar were super friendly. Just wished the carpets were cleaner. they felt a bit worn out.

Soulless but okay stay

Had a one-night stay and felt like the hotel was stuck in a time warp. The dining area was closed, breakfast was decent but kinda sad in a bar with only a few people around. Staff were nice, but seriously, it felt like The Shining. No hot water either, which was annoying.

I appreciated the warm ambiance of the Urban Hotel, with its well-decorated common areas and comfortable seating, making it easy for seniors like me to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

The Double Room was quite spacious and had a nice modernized bathroom, which I appreciated. some areas felt a bit dated. I was hoping for a better shower experience, honestly. The room was warm, though, and well-maintained. Not bad overall!

I really enjoyed the delicious afternoon tea with Prosecco, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. the gym equipment was a bit old-fashioned. I'd definitely come back again soon!
